All of the utilities are paid for except for electricity.

This unit is approx. 900 walkable square feet. Plus, as you can see, in this floor plan the two bedrooms are separated by the living room, which gives a little more privacy. If the unit is located on the 1st floor it will have a private patio, and if it is located on the 2nd floor, then it has a balcony.
